The Compliance Specialist contributes to comprehensive risk management policy assessments and the development of protocols to establish and uphold standards and policies. Your efforts will enhance the compliance process, impacting both the individuals executing the job and the organization's liability. Empower the organization with clear and focused guidance on meeting local, state, and federal compliance standards. Influence strategic discussions on Environmental, Health & Safety, Human Resources, Quality, and other compliance concerns, contributing to driving resolutions to completion.

Are You Ready to:
- Review the company’s processes and identify hidden risks or compliance issues.
- Communicate a strong compliance vision to motivate and influence others to support the organization's direction and vision.
- Be responsible for ensuring compliance with all client verification agencies, such as ISN, Avetta, and Veriforce. Provide guidance to the organization about changing customer requirements.
- Support the organization with legal interpretations, findings, or corrective actions regarding customer or regulatory audits or inspections
- Support the business’s future ventures and plan to identify and eliminate compliance risks.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree or +6 years of experience working in the EHS or Compliance sector
- Preference is given to those with experience in all compliance processes including EHS, HR, and QA
- Familiarity with the legal aspects and risk reduction of compliance
- Statistical and analytical mindset with organizational skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and CRM tools
- Valid Driver’s License
