Ready to be an important part of our repower team as a Project Planner?


As a Project Planner, responsibilities include coordinating and planning activities for the execution of repower projects. You will play a crucial role in developing project schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.

Are You Looking to:  
  • Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to ensure successful project execution from start to finish?
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for wind energy repower projects?
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project milestones are met?
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to stakeholders including mitigation of potential risks?
  • Optimize resource allocation to improve efficiency and reduce costs?
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and completion records?
Are You Ready to:
  • Utilize project management software to track and analyze project performance.
  • Support business unit and organization with ERP integration including training of project personnel for proper documentation of work completion and cost tracking.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that workmanship and materials meet project specifications and industry standards.
  • Provide support to on-site teams with resourcing, materials and anything else needed to execution work scope safely and efficiently.
  • Communicate with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders as required.
  • Support the due diligence and planning efforts for potential repower projects.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, safety standards, and prevailing wage/apprenticeship requirements throughout project execution.
  • Thrive in a variable work environment that includes both office and on-site project work.
What You’ll Need:
  • Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent years of work experience preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License. 
  • 3-5 years of experience in project scheduling for wind energy or renewable energy projects, with a focus on repower projects preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of wind turbine technology, repowering processes, and site construction.
  • Ability to prioritize and resolve multiple issues while under schedule constraints.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.
  • Ability to create critical construction documents such as Gantt chart schedules, milestone tables, and progress trackers.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with typical computer software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint)
