The Strategic Assistant is to partner directly with our CEO and executive leadership team. This individual will serve as a force multiplier for the CEO, ensuring alignment across the organization, executing high-impact projects, and optimizing internal operations. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver, an excellent communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where cross-functional coordination is key. 

This role goes beyond administration — it’s about driving the business forward by helping senior leadership stay focused on the highest-priority initiatives, removing barriers, and fostering clarity and accountability across departments. 

Are You Looking to: 

  • Coordinate and drive cross-functional internal projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational priorities? 
  • Partner with the CEO on strategic initiatives, facilitating kick-off meetings, status updates, and follow-through? 
  • Develop and track action plans for business goals, creating systems of accountability and follow-through? 
  • Act as a key liaison between the CEO and departments, aligning priorities and streamlining communication? 
  • Conduct research and data analysis to produce insightful reports and decision-making frameworks? 
  • Craft executive-level presentations and materials that communicate business strategy and outcomes? 
  • Identify opportunities to enhance organizational efficiency and proactively implement process improvements? 
  • Plan and manage leadership meetings, team offsites, and executive retreats to drive focus and cohesion? 
  • Strategically manage schedules, prioritize activities, and resolve conflicts on behalf of the CEO? 
  • Coordinate travel and logistics for the CEO and executive team? 
  • Communicate with clarity and tact across stakeholders, including board members, investors, and employees? 
  • Oversee internal communication initiatives, including social media, newsletters, and all-hands messaging? 
  • Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives alongside HR? 

Are You Ready to: 

  • Take ownership of complex internal initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring milestones are hit and risks are mitigated. 
  • Collaborate closely with department heads to align execution with the CEO's strategic direction. 
  • Monitor progress on key initiatives and help resolve bottlenecks through proactive problem solving. 
  • Act as a thought partner and sounding board for the CEO, offering critical insight and feedback. 
  • Shape internal messaging and support the CEO in communicating vision, progress, and performance. 
  • Prepare materials and agendas for leadership meetings, ensuring that follow-ups and outcomes are tracked. 
  • Support company governance by managing board documents, decision proposals, and meeting protocols. 
  • Review and approve expense reports, time-off requests, and key administrative functions with precision. 
  • Provide structured support for strategic planning cycles, performance reviews, and organizational updates. 
  • Handle high-priority administrative responsibilities with confidentiality and discretion. 

What You’ll Need:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent years of work experience preferred. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position in business. 
  • Valid Driver's License. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. 
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. 
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify needs, develop solutions, and take initiative. 
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines. 
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities to provide actionable insights. 
  • Advanced proficiency in presentation tools such as PowerPoint, along with strong business writing and data visualization skills. 
  • Experience in managing or contributing to internal projects or cross-departmental initiatives is highly valued.
